You can be Addicted to Alcohol if you Drink One or Two Glasses of Alcohol a Day

‘Did You Know’ you can be physically addicted to alcohol if you drink one or two glasses of alcohol a day?  ‘Seeing is believing’, said the alcoholic son of his physically addicted father who was to have surgery.

The physician of the father asked him if he drank, and if so how much, in the event that he needed to be detoxified before surgery.  He responded by telling his physician that he drank one to two drinks per day.  The doctor ordered him to the hospital before his surgery to detoxify from the alcohol.  The son stayed with him in the hospital through his detoxification and witnessed that his father had typical withdrawal symptoms from alcohol of anxiety, rapid pulse, and sweating.

Other withdrawal symptoms could have been symptoms like nausea, vomiting, insomnia, agitation, hand tremors, hallucinations, illusions, and seizures.
